Welcome to Swag Layers. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of swaglayers.com and to every order you place with us. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Swag Layers is a small, home-based business in Pune, India, run by a husband-and-wife team. We design and 3D print personalized products such as name keychains, desk accessories, figurines, gifts and home décor. You can reach us at swaglayers@gmail.com or +91 7709863959.
2. Made-to-Order Products
Every product is 3D printed after you place your order. Because our items are made using 3D printing, small variations in colour, texture, layer lines and finish are normal and are not considered defects. Product photos are for illustration, and the actual colour may look slightly different depending on your screen and the filament batch.
3. Personalization
For personalized items, we print exactly the names, text, dates or other details you enter at checkout. Please check spelling, spacing and capitalization carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for mistakes in the details you provide.
By submitting text, logos or images for personalization, you confirm that you have the right to use them. We may decline any order that contains offensive or unlawful content, or material that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices, offers and product availability may change without notice. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received. If a product was listed with a clear pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
5. Order Changes and Cancellation
We usually start printing soon after an order is placed, so orders generally cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within India through our courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with your location, courier delays or busy seasons. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Because every item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for errors in the personalization details you entered. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos so we can arrange a replacement. 8. Product Use and Care
Our products are decorative and everyday lifestyle items. Many are made from PLA and similar plastics, which can soften or change shape when exposed to high heat, direct sunlight or hot cars. Some items contain small parts and are not intended for young children without supervision.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including our designs, product photos, text and branding, belongs to Swag Layers or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or resell it without our written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Swag Layers is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Privacy

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
