• Personalized items (name keychains, custom text): We cannot accept returns for incorrect names or text entered at checkout. Please double-check spelling carefully before placing your order.
• Change of mind: As all products are printed fresh per order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
• Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, message us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened, along with clear photos of the issue. This helps us verify the damage and process a free replacement quickly.
• Refund timeline: Approved replacements are reprinted and shipped within 24 hours of confirmation. We do not offer cash refunds for approved claims — only replacements, since each product is custom-made.
