At Swag Layers, every product is 3D printed to order — nothing is mass-produced or kept in stock, so please allow us the time to craft your item with care.

• Production time: Orders are printed and ready to ship within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• Delivery: We ship via Shiprocket, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days across India.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your package.
• Delays: While we aim to meet these timelines, unforeseen courier delays (weather, regional disruptions) may occasionally extend delivery by a day or two. We'll keep you updated if this happens.
• Order changes: Since production begins quickly after your order is placed, please contact us within a few hours if you need to change any personalization details (like a name spelling).
